SmartExpense rende più agevole e veloce la gestione delle note spese aziendali, sia per l’utente che per il back-office. E' l'applicazione per la gestione della nota spese in mobilità. Consente all'utilizzatore di creare una nuova nota spese, aggiungere una voce o un giustificativo, inviare il report da remoto. Permette inoltre al back-office la visualizzazione delle note spese in tempo reale.

This SmartApp allow you to manage expense reports by mobile device, add documentation pictures (receipt or invoice) and send real time reports to the server. The Expense Management tool of this application is designed to be a convenient and easy-to-use solution able to ensure that your business expenses can be defined, identified, detailed, editable, eraseable and timetabled. All these features are provided by a search filter which, by using various parameters (eg, time, user, type of expenditure), enables customization of the customer’s archive.
