Come se… is an Application Book (aBook) built for the novel "As if there was no tomorrow" (original title “Come se non ci fosse un domani”) written by Paolo Rizzardini.

The novel:

Pietro is a forty years old man who lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with his two best friends Marzio and Alberto. The three had moved to Asia ten years before, leaving Milan (Italy) and their easy lives. On a train that goes from KL to Singapore, Pietro shares with some strangers a journey that he never would have thought of doing. His two friends died a few days before and he is angry, tired and full of guilt. Pietro is trying to go back to Italy, getting away from his painful memories and at the same time getting closer to the woman he left there before moving to Asia. On a journey filled with fun and surprises, the author describes how big a friendship can be and how, sometimes, this may look incomprehensible to the eyes of other people.

How to use the App:

Using this application is really easy.
Once downloaded from the Apple Store, simply access the index to start reading the novel.
While reading, with a single touch on the right side of the screen you switch to the next page, with a single touch on the left side you return to the previous one.
A single touch on the central part of the screen will bring you to the reading menu:

• The upper left arrow brings you back to the Index
• The book icon at the bottom (first from left) allows you to set your bookmarks
• The day / night icon (second from left) lets you switch the reading mode
• The magnifier icon (third from left) allows you to search for a specific text within the book
• The gear icon (fourth from left) allows you to change the general settings of the Application
